Chapter Recruitment

The fall semester is when formal recruitment takes place! Throughout our 4 rounds, our chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma utilizes our core values (Truth, Trailblazing, Respect, Optimism, Connection, & Knowledge) to recruit women who exude what it means to be a Kappa. Additionally, informal recruitment or COB takes place during the spring semester. Hence the name “informal,” COB is more laid back and does not contain 4 rounds. Instead, our active members meet with PNMs and get to know them better while teaching them more about our chapter.
